By installing or using the CropGuard app, visiting this website, or contacting us through our support channels, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app, site, or support services.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CropGuard on devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, repackage, or resell the app without our written permission. For your safety, download the APK only from this website or our official GitHub releases page.
CropGuard's disease detections and treatment plans are AI-generated estimates based on leaf photos. They are a decision aid, not a substitute for professional agronomic advice. Always verify a diagnosis — ideally with a second photo angle or a local agricultural expert — before applying treatments, especially at field scale. We are not liable for crop loss or damage resulting from actions taken on app outputs.
CropGuard stores scans and history locally on your device. You are responsible for your own backups, and the built-in App Reset permanently clears local data. We are not liable for data loss from device failure, deletion, uninstallation, or operating system updates. See the Privacy Policy for what never leaves your phone.
We offer support via email, feedback forms, and our official WhatsApp channel on a best-effort basis, with no guaranteed response time. When engaging with us, you agree not to send spam or abusive, unlawful, or harmful content. We reserve the right to block or ignore users who violate basic conduct rules.
Our community spaces run on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp (Meta), and APK downloads are hosted on GitHub. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
CropGuard and this website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep detection accurate and the app stable, but software and machine-learning models can fail or misclassify. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Aurora Software Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including crop loss — arising from use of CropGuard, this website, or our support channels. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which is zero, since CropGuard is free.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of CropGuard, the website, or our support channels after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the changelog.
